i was venturing the northern parts of the map, along the sea of ghosts, when i stumbled upon this cave called "the chill" it has no marker on your map, but it can be found northeast of the college, on a little island. as i said, it has no map marker, but it is in the side of a mound of dirt and rocks. when you go inside, there is a bunch of cages and a Frost Atronach. i was wondering if this cave was quest related or an easter egg reference to something

That would be the Winterhold Prison. Cool, eh?

3 frost atronachs also spawn outside The Chill if you try to escape.

oh i was hoping it would be something more interesting than just a jail, like have some sorta quest that isnt a quest
