Most satisfying moments in Skyrim

What are the moments that made you most satisfied?

Mine would have to be at the conclusion of the College questline. I used the Staff of Magnus to drain Ancano's magicka, and when he was at a low enough health level, I killed him with the mace of Molag Bal to capture his soul.

Then I used the Ancano-powered soul gem to recharge the Staff of Magnus and let Ancano's soul choke on the delicious irony.

Mine is the slaying of the werewolf side of Kodlak, thus giving him passage to Sovngarde. I really felt well about that :D
But yours... Damn, didn't think of that :P

Someone was attacking me but my ealth recovered faster than he attacking me, so when that raised me to lvl 76 heavy armor I was quite satisfied.

I got attacked by a group of Thalmor heading out of Markarth, so I used Beast Form and ripped them apart. Crushed one's head, pinned another to the ground and tore out his guts, then tossed the mage into the gorge. Best encounter EVER.

When I found out the Silver Hand killed Kodlak before he had the chance to cure his lyncanthropy and thus wouldn't get into Sovngarde, I went to the Silver Hand fort, turned into a werewolf at the first sign of one of their members, and proceeded to tear apart and devour every single member there. It was very satisfying.

It's also always satisfying to beat a dragon alongside a Giant, then to see that the Giant(s) is(are) non-hostile to me. It always seems as though Giants are hostile, but whenever I defeat a dragon with one, they're always non-hostile. I don't know if this is supposed to happen or just a coincidence, but I always feel like I've earned their respect for helping them and absorbing the dragon's soul.

Not a single thing, but all the little details in this game... A few hours ago I found a hunter camp with some clothes lying around. Taking a closer look I found two hunters taking a bath in a nearby pond. It was quite an amusing scene.

A few days ago I walked from Markarth to Winterhold by way of Dawnstar. It took a couple of hours real time, and I probably won't be taking such a long walk again anytime soon, but it was pretty darn satisfying (I got my Illusion from about 75 to 80-something by spamming Muffle the whole way, too).

I also thought the Dark Brotherhood and Wolf Queen quest lines were very satisfying to complete.

Everything is great, little details especially, but the most satisfying thing has got to be Dragon slaying. So long as the good music is on
