I like to buy tees from a site named redbubble.com, and right around the time of skyrims release, an "artist" (http://www.redbubble.com/people/darkside-shirts) posted a lot of skyrim designs for sale, and it's pretty obvious this is not an official seller and they are just flogged off artwork, his page shows he's almost only into selling skyrim merch and promoting it strongly, and his skyrim tees are into the top selling designs of all time on that site, hence he is making a lot of money ripping off bethesda... so yes, somebody should know or pass this onto the relevant copyright team or something? I couldn't find any section to report this clown sorry.
Seller: http://www.redbubble.com/people/darkside-shirts
His personal collection of stolen copyrighted material for sale, all organized too lol:

Top selling tees of all time (his skyrim rip on 4th row, hence hundreds of sales) http://www.redbubble.com/shop/top+selling+t-shirts?page=4
I did make an account to leave him some comments regarding his theft and asking him if he had permission etc... all deleted lol, usually after some [censored] smug remark too, no surprise.
There is a report button on all designs there but you have to be the actual copyright holder to file a DMCA report, so fans alone can't make reports
but we can leave him comments of our thoughts?
Anyway I hope this may help stop illegal sellers cashing in on skyrims popularity, especially around xmas with huge sales too, it's an awesome game so I hate to see it exploited for personal gain.
But hey I may be wrong and he may be an actual skyrim merch seller? always a possibility lol
Peace.
Glenn.
