Post your favourite looking or most effective weapons that you have found or been rewarded with.

My favourite so far is the Dawnbreaker, which was awarded to me after completing a quest for Meridia, the daedric goddess.
I love its visual effects so much that I have decided to start working on my smithing so I can upgrade this weapon later.

I was only using bound sword and daggers before, this is the first actual sword I have liked, and if I don't find a better sword I'll likely stick with this until I finish playing the game with this character.

Which weapons do you guys like? What did you find to be epic/beautiful and where did you find it?

I like the ghost blade. I found my first ebony blade that I'm working on smithing. I'm still rocking a skyforge steel sword that I've smithed to legendary status. Also I smithed a blades' sword to legendary. They're easy to get rediculuas damage as steel is low on the smithing tree. With enchanted buffs they both do 80 damage. The skyforge does 2 sec paralysis and the blades' sword has 20 damage fire enchantment.

I've been using the daedric bow with fire damage and absorb health.
My enchanting is maxed so it's pretty nice haha.

Now that I have found it, I find the Pale Blade pretty nice.

Daedric Bow (Legendary) for me doing 264 damage with Ebony Arrows. Since I'm a thief relying on sneak attacks you can do the maths. No Enchants as my character don't know anything about that. I do make my own Fortify Smithing potions though.

I've seen a good number of awesome weapons in the game world, but my most recent two characters have made their own. It's just much more rewarding working with something you've created from raw materials. My current character has maxed out both his smithing and enchanting skills, so the items he's able to make are priceless.

He's currently running with an enchanted Daedric blade (Legendary). Deals uber damage in open combat, never mind what it can do while my character is in sneak mode. Let's just say, heads roll quite frequently

My main, Dawn Above the Winter Moonlight [cookie for reference]. A Nord Hero Sword with 25 frost damage and 25 lunar fire damage. I hardcoe RP, so lunar fire enchantment is epic badassery.

I also have what I call the Armory of Nockmaar, which includes three different styles of weapon:
- Foerender - Daedric Battleaxe, 25 fire damage, fiery soul trap [+10 fire damage].
- Lifereaver - Daedric Bow, Banish, Fear.
- Hopesunder - Daedric Greatsword, 25 frost damage, paralyze.

Legendary Elven Greatsword that I made myself. No enchantments. Elven weapons do more damage than orc or dwarven (or anything else you can get without some any smith grinding), and the "Elemental Fury" shout only works with un-enchanted weapons. Damage kicker comes from a set of gauntlets, boots, ring, and necklace all enchanted with "Increase Two-handed Damage" and sinking 8+ perks into two handed.

Stupid easy to get the perks / skills / potions / enchantments needed to make it, partly because Elven smithing is such a low level perk. I ended up pushing up to orc smithing for the armor, and worked up enchanting a bit for the damage kicker items.

Probably not the nastiest weapon out there, but it just keeps going and going and going without any need for sneaking, soul gems, etc (though it does chew through stamina - you'll wanna buy that up a lot, with the side benefit of you can carry more). Simple, fun, direct, and deadly when used correctly. Just like my character.

Gotta go with my Ebony Bow with a Shock enchantment that does 30 extra damage. I improved my Bow to Legendary status so along with a ring with a fortify archery enchantment this thing is unstoppable. I love sneaking through caves or dungeons picking off necromancers and vampires one by one, one arrow at a time.

Ghostblade is cool. Dawnbreaker is nice. Used that for a while before I found an Ebony sword. Mjoll's Grimsever is a pretty wicked weapon. After I found it I used it for a while before giving it back to Mjoll.

A fork and a knife.

A steel dagger with a 25% crit chance special ability. Somebodies (can't remember the name) lucky dagger.
This dagger works with elemental fury as well.

I've got a daedric sword I've enchanted with soul trap and paralyze, its damage is 329 with perks, skills and armor enchantments. My daedric bow has the same enchantments with a damage of 289. Aside from those two primary weapons my favorite unique weapon is the ebony blade, something I'll definitely use once I start working on two handed. It just looks awesome.

I'm using a Legendary Daedric Greatsword enhanced with Absorb Health 25. I go through a lot of soul gems but they are easy to find and I also have a Daedric Greatsword that does Trap the Soul to keep the refills coming.

I have a Deadric war axe, and a Deadric Sword, both legendary, with absorb health on the sword and shock/magica damage on the axe. I also have a Deadric Bow with Shock/Magicka and soul trap on it. I also have two Deadric daggers with soul trap and absorb health on both, for assassinations....

Mjoll is running with me and has a Two handed deadric sword with absorb health and soul trap on it, and a bow that does soul trap and Shock/magicka. Farmed deadric arrows off of Mjoll for about 20 levels, and now i have close to 300 of them. Super OP at this point even on master. Ancient dragons take four or five arrows to kill.

Before this I had an ebony war axe that i used with the blade of woe in my off-hand. That was a good combo for quite a bit. I got the axe out of a chest next to a word wall at level 25 or so, and wrecked with it for a bit.

My favorite found blade was Balor's Oath Blade. Easy to get, not OP, especially at lower levels, and the enemies you fight give you materials for smithing potions, so bonus...
