Seems moderators are just closing down these topics where the people don't agree with this award. It won't matter, they can keep locking these topics out. More are just going to spring up until they actually do something about this game other than silencing people by locking out threads so people can't keep topics like these alive.

Not only are you guys shameless at the poor execution of this game, now you're just shamefully locking out topic that doesn't complement/agree with this sheer lack of support. Yet you go around proudly parading your GOTY award on your website. The least you guys could've done was say "Thanks for your money"

Agree. What I think is funny is all the fan-boys that are not having any problems, and posting that the game is great, and therefore we must be doing something wrong.

I think Sky is without a doubt one of the best games released in recent years, but the poor port to the PC, and other problems that are coming up, and the lousy patch that was released (1.2), seems like the company tried to keep production costs low. I don't know - but it's disappointing.

First, you should check the Terms you agreed to when you joined this forum. It's not a 'democracy' like some people seem to think. There are rules. You agreed to them.

Secondly, there's ways to express concern, disappointment, etc without being, well, the way you're being. And that way is irrational and over-emotional. Try to express yourself constructively instead of being a petulant basher and your threads won;t get locked

At least Skyrim didn't disappoint like Dragon Age 2 did. FEH!!! what a joke DA2 was.

Mine works perfectly on PC except a few issues like flying horses and spinning elves. I had bad problems with BF3 on the PC and their customer support and they were locking down threads about it on their forums too. Just wait it out because Skyrim is huge and there is no rush to play it.

best game that has came out in years..well a couple of years but game did not disappoint, had soem head scratching here and there but didnt disappoint.

Goty is a joke. It's just a "high selling popular game" award. Which doesn't neccessarily mean best game. Ever saw one of those amazing unknown indie games recieve game of the year? I think not..

Sorry, but I don't think a game this broken deserves any awards. Especially when looking at the PS3 version. I'm on PC, so I'm not that bad (though a bug recently popped up and I can't make it past the tutorial. Thanks, Beth).

Wrong. We close topics that are duplicates, we close topics that contain flaming and other posts that contravene forum rules - like discussing moderator action on the open forum and those that are a topic about other topics. If you wish to complain about something we have no problems with that, either find a similar thread and add to it or make one that is constructive and of value to the forums.
