Just saying walking up a mountain i dont enjoy , but if it was flat land that varies i.e most of skyrim i would be in favour of that

It's actually something I've encountered. Because I never fast travel, getting to High Hrothgar and the summit of the Throat really is a long pilgramage each and every time, so I have think it through to see if its worthwhile. I can't just teleport there like it ain't no thang, and that really gives the sense of it being a serious journey each time. You guys should try it.

It's not even a mod.

I used alchemy to do that. Just pop a levitate potion and 5-6 speed potions. (but not too many speed potions or you'll crash when you load terrain)

Such a shame levitation no longer exists.

Here's an idea;
1. Annoy a giant.
2. Make him chase you to the bottom of the mountain.
3. Let him hit you.
4. Fly to the top of the mountain.

Agree about levitation--this would be a work-around, though

Choosing not to use fast travel and then complaining about travel is really weak. They're supposed to be remote.

Then use fast travel. If that option pains you, only use it between the town at mountain base and the top. Fast Travel was made to avoid such boring repetitive travels after all.
