Mine would have to be Jarl Balgruuf the greater. He's smart, cares about his people above all-else, doesn't get caught up in the civil war until he truly has to, cares about his children, is level-headed... he's just an all around great guy.

It made me so sad when he got kicked off the throne by the Stormcloaks. Plus, unlike when you kill Tullius, he surrenders gracefully, and, again, tries to do what is best for the people, which you again see at the meeting at High Hrothgar.

And it doesn't hurt that he reminds me a bit of Rohan and King Théoden. lD



for me, the only way to really do stormcloaks is to play a nord full of hate.
