just wondering, which playstyle is better for a nord hero of Skyrim:

• a heavy weapons wielding light-armored barbarian
  
• a highlander styled though i have no clue how to build one

these are just ideas i had, feel free to add more if you want.

a highlander style would be sort of a skirmisher. sword and shield maybe, light armor, some archery skills. much like most guards and stormcloaks.

i have decided to use this http://skyrimcalculator.com/#45532 to make my barbarian, using a true barbarian as his background with nord distrust of magic.

It'll be fun.

You'll have plenty of points for other things, if you wish. I'd recommend archery.

my nord hero, was all about my interp. of what a Skald would be like. axe/shield (perked), restoration (perked healing), Steel plate only (smith perked to advanced armor and arcane smithing) bow (pulling, non perked support only), little bit of speech.. little bit of sneak .. not much of anything else really. made for good fun using shouts.

if there were "bard" type skills/perks or i could smash a lute over your face.. i would have picked those as well. hahaha.
