I think you mean masquerades. Spelling is your friend.

Any store offering anything! You simply steal everything.

Though if you are looking for a quick bit of coin, mages & alchemist are your friend in the art of crime.

You should look out for the TG Shadowmark that indicates there is something worth stealing.

Almost forgot about the shadowmarks.

Very useful things they tend to be.

Most stores will have a lot of items laying around. Break in late at night when the owner is snoring.

The Jarl's castles also have lots of higher end clothing and what nots that add up fast also.

There is a list a mile long of valuable crap to steal, pointless if you don't do the thieves guild first to acquire your fence, though.

Outside of that, there is a Deadric Heart in the basemant of Jorrvaskr.
There is a staff of Magelight over the Jarl of Solitude's right shoulder.
There is a chest with gold and some goodies in the waterfall behind the Jarl of Markarth's bed chamber. Go into the water, follow it downstream, and look up and to the right.
There is an invisible chest on the edge of Dawnstar. Too hard to explain well, so I direct you to a Youtube search.

Edit: the chest in Markarth is up to the LEFT, not right. Sorry.

On a related note, I'm flush with gold, so sometimes I'll buy the entire stock of various alchemy suppliers to augment my training. Then I noticed something odd: the shelves and trays that displayed the wares are now empty!

There's a very expensive staff in the Winterhold inn. probably one of the most expensive items you can steal.

potion shops are also good to loot as most have some higher end one sitting around on the shelves

At low levels I cleaned out the meaderies which was extremely profitable.

Silver ingots and silver amethyst necklace upstairs in the Dragonsreach Jarls quarters bedrooms. Be wary of the annoying brat though he wanders in those rooms alot.
Silver ingots in Markarth treasury house.

And as already said, alchemist shops always worth robbing. Keep what you'll use and sell the rest for big simoleons.
Radiant raiment has a bunch of pricey circlets that respawn pretty often too. Just a pain running up and to the top when the lady follows you and then hammering back down to steal while she's playing catch-up. Takes a few goes of that to get them all.
