I just realized that you start off every skill with 15 points in it, that seems kind of weird because in real life we don't have that mount of skill in things we never did, do we? So could someone perhaps make a mod that removes 14 points from every skill?

Well, you're of at least a certain age when you try to enter Skyrim from wherever you're from, so you've been doing something with your life. Also, the skill boosts are one of the few ways that the races are differentiated.

If you're looking for a mod, then you must be on the PC. You can adjust your skill levels with the console command "player.setav *skillname* #"
