Hey,
I've been wandering around Skyrim a bit on different characters. I used the console to add my Altmer to the Thalmor faction after I finished the game and came across this:

I hope Beth makes it possible to join the Thalmor

Ohh, any other factions that you can join and interact with through the console? ( I don't mean stormcloaks / imperial legion etc..)
And yeh, Thalmor are douches but they're still cool.

That was interesting. Would make a nice addition to attempting to play a thoroughly nasty Thalmor spy.

This was just part of a quest where you infiltrate the embassy in disguise.

So to add authenticity they decided to give them a couple of conversation topic as if the guard thought you were part of the Thalmor.

I did the quest.
This isn't in the game without cheating (at least for me...), as all the mobs are hostile and there is no disguise ingame
I even tried wearing thalmor robes but nothing worked as a disguise. And I'm even an Altmer, I'm supposed to fit right in

I think you must be too nice, smile and look approachable. those Thalmor are... well... yeah. not a group I'd want to even try to pretend to be one of. I was so glad I could sneak out of the pantry and start killing without having to try to blend.

awesome to know we can use the console to cheat into situations, though... I know another spot I'd like to see inside of as a Thalmor for a few minutes just to answer some questions. hmmm... yeah. temporary spy... I might could do it.

Well in the Main questline,

if you join the thalmore, they take over tamriel- wipe out all the other races = no more elder scrolls games

so if oyu hate beth then join the thalmore, however the thalmore will never win because their is no reason for beth to kill a enterprize which is makeing them millions of dollars ( or pounds to me) a year....

This is what happens if you disguise as a thalmor and you are playing a High Elf, thats why you haven't all experienced it.

Well, I disguised with the robes (unhooded + hooded) as a High Elf, and the justiciar went "Why aren't you at your-THERE YOU ARE" /zap.
It was sort of fail... lol. Flowerboom, I think that's not really true. I mean, there's Daedra who can still kill them
