I've combed the console commands and everything but i just cant see anything to create the axe!

I even went through the COC QASMOKE vault which is supposed to have every weapon.....

The Thane weapons are all randomly generated, they aren't unique, which is why you can't simply create one with the console command.

If you remember which enchantment it had on it and which type of weapon it was then do the following. Jusr craft said weapon, enchant it with the same enchant, and rename it "Axe of Eastmarch".

No big deal, they are just rewards.
