My archer is going through a mission with Farkas...and after he (Farkas) got hurt, he went down into his "Owie!" pose...and hasn't gotten back up!

He is crawling pitifully around after me...has anyone else had this happen?

if you are on PC, open console, click on him type disable, then immidiately type enable. if you are on ps3 or xbox, Load your last save.

So did he take an arrow to the knee?

I had that happen to Lydia. Had to revert to a previous save to fix it.

Actually I was more worried than necessary...all I had to do was zone back to the previous part of the dungeon and he was fine...

Bash him, he should stagger and then reset to standing.

It's glitched or something. Used fast travel and he didn't follow so reloaded.

I had the same problem just hit him with a sword and he will get back up

Ive had this happening to the follower from the winterhold college myself, I just left her at some point in a dungeon hoping it fix itself. I didnt see her for a couple of in game days while untill I was exploring a falmer dungeon not expecting her, shooting a thunderbolt in her face when I saw something running towards me. So it does fix itself apparently, just watch out when they creep up on you at a bad moment.
