So I've been playing Skyrim on PC for about 45 hours of gameplay, and in the last six or eight hours, I've noticed that random dragon spawns have more-or-less evaporated. I haven't seen a dragon out in the wilderness or even near a city in a really long time. Is this normal? I've just gotten past the Horn of Jurgen Windcaller quest. Is it natural for the random dragons to vanish before I begin the next quest for the Blades?
