Lore Holes

Let's talk Rorikstead.

According to everyone living there, the settlement is rather new and is named the way it is because of Rorik who owns the land and the farms. He fought in the Great War, got wounded, met his best buddy there who was a healer, they traveled the land and settles there.

Yet, in an ancient book that have only recently been translated, examined by Delphine and Farengar the moment you return from Bleak Falls Barrow, Rorik's Stead is listed as one of the settlements of the hold. The book is actually a list of all the settlements in Whiterun Hold.

Yay, obvious lore holes.

Anyone else found something similar?

Rorikstead also existed in arena if I recall correctly.
