I don't think there is a cure other than reloading, sorry :(

Also, welcome to the forums!

Edit:
Spoiler

Visit any inn. They will send you to http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Morthal to speak to a man named http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Falion. From there the quest http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Rising_at_Dawn will begin. You can also cure your Vampirism by becoming a werewolf within the http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Companions faction. However, once you contract http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Werewolves you gain a 100% resistance to disease and cannot be re-infected with Sanguinare Vampiris. You can, however, become a vampire again if you cure your lycanthropy.
Go to a friendly and useful website called http://www.uesp.net for help and lore and stuff, it's very helpful.

if you are getting attacked you have already turned into a vampire, and your chances of finding a cure are slim, but there is one out there if you can find it.

Spoiler
first off, you need to feed off of someone somehow, to look more human again, to make them stop attacking you.
then you need to go into town, and talk to any innkeeper, and they will start the quest for you, you'll have to make your way to morthal.
from there on you just follow the quest.

okay, first you can contract lycanthropy, it removes vamprisim.

Second, see Falion in Morthal and complete quest: Rising at Dawn.

to stop the attacks, you must feed to revert to stage 1 of vampirism

Please do not post Spoilers in General.

People come to General to learn about the game without learning about what happens in the game. If they want to know about what happens, that is what the Cheats, Hints and Spoilers section is for.

Do not use quest details or location specific details related to quests/puzzles/NPCs in your posts in this section. General is for discussing gameplay and mechanics and general topics about the the game including but not limited to races, items and their use, magic, enchanting, skills, character builds, criticism, praise, funny random things that happen, places from an esthetic standpoint and and other general topics.

Use the Spoilers Section if you have to post quest details or other spoilers or a thread about the same. I will move this now.

Just find someone sleeping and feed. No one will know you are a wolf in sheeps clothing if you keep yourself fed. It relatively easy to sneak into anyones house between 2am and 6am and catch a quick snack from a sleeper.

When the CK comes out, I will probably add the feed ability to people who have yielded in combat. They should be an easy feast IMO.

Personally, I don't see why you'd want to cure it... I love playing as a Vampire. I've had a Vampire character since release day and I accidentally found a nest of them a North Shriekwind Bastion. I've loved it ever since.

On the flip side, I guess I can see how it wouldn't appeal to everyone. It does take a lot of strategy in order to play one successfully. But I love the play style that it requires and how much it makes me think of the welfare of my character.

It seems many people feel that the cons far outweigh the pros of being a Vampire. I have considered letting the disease run its course but I'm wary due to all the negative feedback regarding vamps. A positive perspective would be nice to hear from.

Being a Vampire:

There are actually several nice things to being a Vampire, and I'll tell you from what I've enjoyed and discovered as I have played as one.

1) The boosts to Sneak, Illusion, and other skills are great. Anything that raises a Skill, no matter how small a raise, gives you a competitive edge over you enemies.

2) The benefit of being 100% immune to disease and poison pretty much speaks for itself. The poison immunity really comes in handy if you are hunting Falmer (and other enemies that love the use of poison)... trust me.

3) As you progress in the Stages of Vampirism, yes people like you less and less (outwardly attacking the "monster" at Stage 4), but the abilities that are given to you at each Stage will pretty much pay for themselves. The invisibility is extremely useful, and the potent Calm effect can be a life saver against your enemies (like Calming a Bandit or other enemy, then Sneaking around behind/to the side of them and one-shoting/backstabbing them), also calming down really pissed off guards so you can escape if you need to.

4) For flare, I love the comments from the guards when I am cruising through a town at Stage 1 or 2. "I'm not sure I feel comfortable, you have a hungry look to your eyes..." is always chuckle-worthy to me.

5) Before any fast-travel, you need to feed. Since there is no timer that is visible to you the player as to when you will advance in Vampire Stages, it is always best to feed before you travel. Otherwise, if you are going on a road trip. just find a nice little cave to hide/clear out during the daylight hours (to avoid the Health, Stamina, Magica drop) and continue your journey that night. Plus, since bandits, Mages, etc. all keep the same sleeping schedule as regular townsfolk, you can find them sleeping on the road and feed from them if you want to stay topped off.

It takes a little adjustment to your playing strategy to succeed as a Vampire, but I find it rewarding as hell. I like the extra care and thought that I have to take in my character as it makes it feel more real to me, and as a side-effect I have become very fond of this character.

I find playing as a Vampire is extremely rewarding and fun, and I personally think that the benefits to Vampirism far outweigh the downsides.

Just make a cure disease potion and it is gone, if you have not changed over; otherwise start at the top and follow the quest line

You know, with how common this question about vampirism is in this forum, I think they did something utterly wrong with the GUI. Some active effects icons as in Morrowind would've been welcome - yes, I know that you can just scroll through your zillions of active effects, but people only do that once they know about vampirism in the Elder Scroll games already.
