I'm not entirely sure where this post is supposed to be placed. It contain spoilers in that it is talking about a particular mission, although I will try to limit the information presented. There doesn't seem to be a location for bugs even though this game is known to be littered with issues. Please point me in the right direction if needs be, and I will re-post there.

I cannot complete the quest Liberation of Skyrim. I am told in Whiterun to report back to Ulfric. When I return no topic is presented in the Ulfric dialogue to complete the task, and hence progress the game. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is there some way to discuss/report this kind of show stopping bug with Bethesda? Do they have a complaints procedure? Is it possible to find out if the 1.4 patch is going to address this issue?

I have persevered with this product for many weeks now and have suffered horrendous lag (by rebooting), hangs (by suffering the need to save often - and the saves are ridiculously slow for no apparent reason) and now after hours of play I hit this nonsense. In effect I am a beta tester

I'm not sure what the position is with refunds. I've never encountered a game in such a poor state as this.

Incidentally I'm a programmer by trade and there is no rational explanation for this poor quality, except... it was rushed out the door with inadequate testing, or worse... it was known to be bugged at the point of release.
