What and where is an atronach work bench?! : V

First of all I can't remember if the name is atronach work bench or atronach forge
I'v found some recipes for staffs like fire ball staff and ingredients like void salts and I have all it takes to
make them but I don't know how, I'd be glad if someone would tell me.

The Midden is a medium dungeon underneath the http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:College_of_Winterhold containing the http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Atronach_Forge.
It can be accessed by a trapdoor in the northern corner of the courtyard, another trapdoor at the base of the stairwell in the http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Hall_of_Countenance, or through an easy to miss cave in the northern face of the rocky outcropping the College rests upon, the only way to access it without joining the College.

There's a quest in the college of mages that requires you to go under the building, you'll find it there.

Yeahh, In the room you get given when you first join, next to the stairs I believe there is a trap door, there is a book down next to it with some recipes in aswell

, although for some better items I hear you need lvl 90 conjuration to get a quest to retrieve a sigil stone which allows you to make more advanced things, also be aware if you summon a fire atronach etc they will attack you so be ready haha

Without the sigil stone you can make some cool staves, though... Gotta find me a mop.

atronoch forge is under the college at winterhold... recipes and components for one atronoch are on a table outside of the forge.
