Can anyone guide me to what ore may contain flawless sapphires? These misc. quests are piling up and I'd like to thin them down. Thanks.

They spawn pretty late in game.

On a more helpful note, Madesi's wiki page has the locations of various Flawless Sapphires that you can get without having them spawn in chests or on enemies.
