Another dead horse..

Post » Sat Jun 02, 2012 3:53 pm

Another rampant Dragonbastard swooping in to take on the mighty bekovich. After the flames had died down and the mighy warrior had looted the beast's corpse for bones and scales and a piece of forsworn armour (?) She looked around to find her new and extremely pretty steed to take her safely back home into the arms of whoever offered the most mead...
To find the poor creature dead on the side of the road, with flecks of blood across it's face, asthough it had died screaming.
Whyyy??!? WHYYYYYY?!!!!!!!!!!!!

From this day on, I have sworn death to all dragons in vengence for the death of that poor dumb animal who'd never done a bad thing in it's life, and fought to the very end, bravely kicking mighty dragons in the shins.

Cant stand it when the truly innocent die !

three horses and now I walk everywhere the taxi wont go

lol.

I am very bad for horses, they love me so much that they give their lives for me often. I started leaving them down the hill and around a corner from where I knew I'd be in a fight or running them quickly through wolves and leaving them well past them and having to double back because my poor steeds were just so loyal.

May your wonderful steed meet you in the afterlife where hopefully there are no dragons to eat either of you.

Other than it being kinda cool to ride a horse, they are completely useless.

It would GREATLY help if they could actually carry loot or if you could fight from horseback. Heck if they could just carry loot (WHY THE HECK CAN'T THEY!!!) they would be worth their weight in gold.

This is why I don't use horses... Even Shadowmere got owned by an ancient dragon right after I arrived at Dawnstar Sanctuary about 5 minutes after actually getting her...

That's actually my biggest complaint about horses... Why the H*** should I have to dismount a horse just to fight my opponents??? There's no excuse for not being about to fight from horseback, EVEN TWO WORLDS allowed it and that game was bloody HORRIBLE as far as gameplay went... I compare the two only because they are both open world RPGs of the same genre, not because there is any real comparison...

OH I slaughtered a whole fort of bandits to revenge my first noble steed in my first play through! I was furious! LOL Poor horsey! After my 2nd horse died, I gave up horses for good! Now I rescue stray dogs, take them home and tell them to wait on the porch of my house in Riften. Meeko is there right now, save from harm LOL

Well, I have to say Shadowmere FTW! Now that horse can kick butt with the best of them! LOL (He has yet to die on me lol)
