im doing those quest you get from nazir after you complete hail sithis and im on the won where you have to kill the red wave caption but i have already killed her before i got the quest.
when i ask nazir for the quest he gives it to me but it does not appear in the journal
Is there any way to fix this?

Sounds to me, like your journal is actually working like it should. It's better that way than having multiple journal entries that never go way.

but would anyone know away to fix it or bring the girl back to life or something like that

Nope.

Will he not recognize that she is now dead? See if it isn't on your "Completed Quests" section. It may have already logged it as completed once he gave it too you.

no it isnt in my completed quest because one off her crew attacked when i was pickpocketing them for the thieves and the guards came and killed the girl i have to kill

I think you may be screwed then. Is it possible to reload from an earlier save?

I could but it happened before i completed the thieves guild when i was level 30 im now 41 and ive got my smithing to 100 since the so i dont think ill do that

It might not be a problem. I did the same thing with Nilsine Shatter-Shield and a few of Nazir's contracts. It won't show up in your journal, but if you complete the rest of the contracts, you should be rewarded for all of them, even though it doesn't show up in your journal. Try it out. If it doesn't work for you like it did for me, then reload an earlier save.

Normally when Nazir gives me a contract and the person is already dead, I can get paid by him immediately.

maybe i got money without notcing but when i go to him im still able to ask about the girl so i dont think i did get the money and it wasnt me that killed her a guard did
