Hi folks,

I've recently gotten into Blackreach for the first time, and am exploring (and it's a blast!).

I am finding what looks like the bottom of elevator shafts that probably lead up, but have no apparent way to activate them. Like, the Raldbthar Deep Market (Blackreach side).

Am I correct in gathering that the attunement sphere can activate the elevator - but only from the other side? (Coming from the surface)...

I vaguely recall stumbling across a weird device that needed a special key, deep in a dwarven ruin long ago... I figure it must have been the top of one of these elevators, and it needed the attunement sphere. (Which I didn't have back then.)

Am I right? And/or is there any way to activate these elevators from the Blackreach side?

I'm not talking about the ones with the big bronze lever. Just the ones that look like tall marble shafts, without any apparent switches or other mechanisms.
