What arcane art do I have to level up to get more uses for Absorb 10 points of health?

Either destruction or restoration...I think it was restoration in Oblivion but it may have changed.

In Skyrim it falls under Destruction

Pretty sure it was Destruction in Oblivion as well. Learned a crud version of a spell with that effect just so I could enchant with it. Man, how I DON'T mind that they removed that 'role play enhancing feature'.

I thought it was restoration because I can remember thinking 'doesn't that belong in destruction?' Ah well doesn't really matter.
