So I finished the main questline with the Companions and now I'm doing odd jobs for Farkus, Vilkas and Aela; her Hircine quests (boy, she's gung-ho about Hircine, insn't she?) I've got those 4 witch heads in my inventory. I want to know how to use them to cure me. I also heard Vilkas and Farkus will want to purge the wolf later too. How and when will this happen for us?

You just toss another witch's head on the fire where you did for Khodlak back in Ysgramors tomb... Afterwards you simply kill the spirit wolf and you'll be cured... Farkas and Vilkas will have the quest randomly after you complete the questline along with a few other quests like dragon hunting and such... When you get the quest for them it's exactly the same as for yourself and Khodlak, you again toss a witch's head on the fire in the tomb and kill the spirit wolf...

Oh. Well, damn, iif I knew that I would done that right then. Now I have to shlep all the way back there? That's cool, thanks for the info!
