Thalmor Playable Faction? : V

I'm just wondering if it's possible to join the Thalmor if I were to create a High Elf character? Sounds really interesting to me, but I have the sneaking suspicion that's not an option.

It would be too selective of a faction to join. They probably only allow you to join if you were a High Elf, or maybe and just maybe if you're a wood elf as well.

Yeah, if Bethesda made an MMO (or a DLC) with them as an option they would have to do some creative writing to expand the Dominion to other races.

You can never join the Thalmor. You either are one or you're not. Just being an Altmer isn't enough to make you a Thalmor -- you actually have to be born into the faction.
And they say the Stormcloaks are racist -- how ludicruos a statement by people who have no idea what the Thalmor are.

That's not true. Original Thalmors got crushed by Tiber septim. And the new Thalmor movement were iniated by Altmer Supremacist.

The Thalmor are a faction I would not want to join unless I was playing a truly evil character... they want to eliminate all non elf races and enslave or destroy them completely, so that High Elves can rule the world. They are not nice people.

You should like them if you rp as a High elf though.
