Daedric Dagger

Post » Sun Jun 03, 2012 3:58 am

Anyone have the slightest idea where I might be able to find a daedric dagger in the game? I would love to have one as I just joined the DB on my second play though. I was never able to find one in my previous game with over 150 hours of gameplay. Any advice would be helpful...

Thanks...

smiths cant sell deadric items as far as i know, however, most large treasure chests (dragon lair chests, and those near the end of dungeons) will have a chance to drop 1.

get the sigil stone

go to the atronach forge

Um. I find daedric daggers in dungeons beginning about level 30 - usually on dragon priests.

Odd. Morokei seems to always have a daedric dagger if I kill him at 30+. So does.... um.... Krosis? I'm not in game so can't really remember names.... Oh - no, probably NOT Krosis as he's one that's outside, right? Mostly I get them off the indoor dragon priests.... You know - the darn daggers aren't even really worth much, and none of my toons use daggers, so they're fair useless for me.... I generally enchant them with Turn Undead just to boost their value before I sell them.

remember that if your character is high in smithing and has the perks...they can probably make one at the skyforge.

They can.

I bought daedric arrows and a daedric axe.

I even saw a piece of dragonscale.

Often times it is much easier to raise your Smithing Skill and make a Daedric Dagger rather than finding one in loot. But as per your question, I don't know an enemy that has a Daedric Dagger as regular droppable loot. You may have to Smith one. I've seen then drop a metric ton of Ebony, but rarely Daedric.

Atronach forge is the way to go if you don't plan to level smithing.
