Things you need:
- Decently high sneak (mine's in the 70's)
- Gear that makes sneaking easier (Nightingale boots especially (muffle footsteps))
- Decently high lockpick (mine's in the 70's)
- A fair amount of lockpicks, the skeleton key or good luck
- Patience
- Willpower to sit through the video
Like a good assassin, nobody but the target should be killed. Ideally, nobody should see you, but it doesn't go that smoothly for me. I think it's a fairly straight forward tutorial. Hope it helps!
