I was told to talk to that orc guy in the college for info about the elder scroll. I played this part before, but i was already a member of the college. Now my new char doesnt want to do anything with those dangerous mages but i need to talk to the orc. Problem is i cant enter the college without joining the college, any1 help????

I'm pretty sure you have to join College. You don't have to complete guilod questline, but joining is the only way to talk to Urug.

but joining the college....nords dont join those dangerous magicians...
