So im thinking on going magic hunter archery + conjuration im not sure about getting the summons >
Anywayz if i get the summons, are they affected by destruction "Augmented" Perks (each summon each element of course not counting dremora lord)

No, they have perks of their own to strengthen the pets. And a perk to have two out at the same time.

Conjuration is a good skill to go into for Archers, though. Pets to distract the enemies, and a bound bow spell that comes with it's own arrows (and another perk that makes bound weapons stronger)
