i have been down the list twice and still i come up with 23 stones. i broke back into the thalmore embassy and went back to fellglow in some begining saves i had and still can't find it?

i'm at level 49 and i guess if i don't complete it it's not going to kill me. hate to chase something so hard and come up one stone short though.

any suggestions would be greatly appriciated. thanks for your time.

one of the very first stones i picked up has a (2) next to so i thought maybe freeby! but i went to vex and nothing triggeered.

if you collect all 24 before getting them valued, it bugs out the quest. are you on pc?
