Thanks for the heads-up. I decided to explore the vicinity while I was waiting for any replies and came across Red Eagle's redoubt, so I decided to do that quest in the meantime, so this works out well.

Don't sell the sword when you have finished. Its a piece of junk combat wise, but you might need it in another quest later.
