She is in her bedroom on the second floor of Hall of Countenance at night. During the day she can be found strolling around Archmage's Quarters or the Arcaneum (library).

google could answer almost all of your questions faster than waiting for a response here. http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Map_%28Skyrim%29

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Colette_Marence - note, if she's been outside when a dragon attackes or something it's entirely possible for her to die.

She is essential, so death by dragon shouldn't be an issue.

I've seen her either in her bedroom (upstairs in the other dorm tower), or giving a lecture to the other teachers in the Hall of Elements, or sometimes in the library.

what bedroom is hers so i can just sit and wait till she spawns

also can any one at the winterhold tower die ? (other than im guessing J'zargo and the other mage who can become your follower)

which daedric shrines is it missing? you do know that there are some daedric shrines in indoor locations right? and as such they wouldn't appear on the map.

Gamebanshee svcks.

Go to the Wikia's for the Elder Scrolls. They're much, much better.

Yeah, that's where I go when I need to check a map. Plus, it will show you the area of the target and not the whole map and usually doesn't have every location discovered so it won't spoil as much as a map with every location on it.

And, as geckoman mentioned some are indoors - I think the Abandoned House in Markarth is an indoor one. I mean: I know it's indoors, but I think it's considered a Shrine.

I don't think any web site has published local maps or internal dungeon maps. This would take bit of doing. It's the center room to your right as you walk up the stair.

I second this. I got the strat guide along with my Collectors Edition, and I love it. The reading is great. tells you everything you need to know with a sarcastic bit of humor tossed in every now and then for good measure. The maps are acurate and well done also.

I definitely recommend the Official Strategy Guide.

not all daedric lords have a shrine in skyrim. here: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Daedric_Quests

uesp is a user run site and the game is still fairly new. not to mention, most people that received a physical copy of the game received a physical map with every outdoor location in the game shown on it so most people don't feel the need to make some uber special map when the one they have will do just fine.

I don't believe there is one. But you get a quest associated with him in Solitude in the Blue palace.
