i have several quest which i cannot complete . is there a way to fix this bug one quest is the white phial . I had completed this quest but it is still a open quest. i cannot find the phial any where in my invetory and when i try to do it again the secret door will not open so i can get the phail. also pantra flute ihave the flute but when i try to give it to pantra i cannot get the dialog line to come up so i can give her the flute. Please help i and play on a PS3.

the flute one is a bug, it's stuck there. supposedly the new patch coming out is supposed to fix it but i don't know if it will fix games that already have the bug, it will probably just prevent it on new games.

for the phial, what does the quest log say exactly?

Actually with the flute, there's a second bug, where if you find it prior to recieving the quest, she won't acknowledge you found it. For PC users you can simply setstage it to advance and she'll "take" the flute, and by that I mean reward you and leave you with the other bug, where it's stuck in your inventory.
