id like to make a ring of light

or if night eye still exist id liek to know if they went abck to morrowind nigh eye kept oblivion night eye or if it anew colour now

nope no night eye unless you are a Khajiit in skyrim, and I have yet to come across any way to enchant a light source onto an object even with a PC mod

The trade off is Bethesda did not make ruins/caves nearly as dark as that have in the past.

There are no light or night eye enchantments in Skyrim, sorry. You just have to learn the Magelight or Candlelight spells. Or carry a magelight staff and Torches.

damn

hates having to cast a spell in 3rd person so i can use it to see :/ for soem reason castign light in 1st person illuminates nothing til lswitch to 3rd person and back to 1st

Do you have the PC version? You might be able to create a light enchantment object through the console. Not sure if it'll be disenchantable or not.

Give your follower a torch, they'll use it when it is dark.
