i come to the forums because the commands i get here always work and im very happy with them, the wiki system never seems to get me what i need

anyway, four today folks, used one before but i forgot it, but here goes:

first of all, is it possible to tag an npc as a "follower" when they are not supposed to be? ( ysolda in this case)

second, can somebody kindly remind me how i can advance speech skill through the console (something like adv level??)

third, is it possible that i can purchase houses in citys without having to do the quest(s)?

finally, what console command do i need to turn on dragons in the game? (by that i do NOT mean what you think, i mean so that they exsist in the game world without having to do the jarls silly quest)

right....well the relationship rank thing issint what i was asking for i dont think anyway, because ysolda isint tagged as a follower even after you marry her. and the "setglobal var" didnt work, please give me a bit more information rather than just posting things that arnt going to be valid.

on a better not you speechcraft console did at least work out, but the dragons and the followers remain unsolved ( along with houses)

Sure it is: I think in the UESP entires about homes it's explained how to do this.

btw does removeing an npc from all there faction have any side-affects ( such as they may no longer do certain things?)
