When I received this it appeared to have no charges remaining, but neither would it accept recharging. And it cannot be disenchanted (boo). Has anyone used it to determine if the 25% chance of a crit actually works?

it works, and has infinite charges. i hear its nasty for you sneaky types who like do you 30x damage from the back.
