Change gender after character creation?

Post » Sun Jun 03, 2012 4:21 am

Hi everyone,

is it possible to change my female thief into a male thief?

There are a few console commands but it looks like they have some unwanted sice actions
like skill reset ...

Does anyone know if there is a possibility?

Greetings!

The only way I know of is to use Console Commands on the PC.

Well, tried the "showracemenu", changed from female to male, made the ajustments like eyes,..., DONE, changed name and a few looks later it seems that nothing unwanted has been changed.

Yeah, showracemenu mostly works fine as long as you don't change the character's race. If you see their hands move to a position like they're tied together, that's when you know something screwed up.

use TGM to give yourself God Mode.
ShowRaceMenu

Tah da! No skill changes.

If you wish to alter looks but not change gender, toggle it anyway once. Female-Male-Female.

Don't know where I got this info from, but it seems to work. My Nord went successfully through a six change op with these commands.
