I think a Cure DIsease potion or get a Blessing from a shrine will work if you take it within 72 hours (game time I believe). Also, there is an NPC that can cure you - someone will be able to answer that quicker than I can look it up and is probably already posted before this one. If not, I'll look it up and post it as an Edit.

It's not always laziness - some people (like me) would rather ask pointed questions instead of sifting through spoilers on wiki pages.

You can get it vampirism again if you want to after you cure it. I know it's you who are the vampire! No need to hide, you are among friends! >:3
