Okey, here a list for Unlogical situation / thing at skyrim.
Some of it maybe just a stupid thing, but, this is a great game, why not?

1. After you killed Alduin, and the world just "meh" at you

Just think about it, I killed Alduin, and the guard said to me "Did you see a dragon attack at Kynesgrove"? WTH dude, i killed Alduin!! ALDUIN!!
And no Prize at all, At the first time i beat the game after killing alduin, im just "Where is my reward?"

i talked to Greybeards, Parthumax, Okey i know, i got a Storm, Dragonrend, Dragoncall,Call Of Valor. But no weapon ? No Armor? Come on... I killed the major boss of the game and i just get a bunch of shout?
Even i killed the Emperor Titus Mede II, and i got a 20.000 Gold dude... i dont want to be a dragonborn

2. Emperor And Stormcloak
I completed the stormcloack quest, until i killed the damn Tullius
but when i got a DB Quest (killing emperor), i just "What?"

Did the Ulfric say "Everytime you see an Empire Army, i hope you know what to do" And WHY in the world there was a EMPIRE WEDDING on Solitude, and the Stormcloack Soldier just training with their bow?

3. BOUNTY
This is fun...
Try it!
You just need a bunch of gold (10.000 ++)

after that, go to a city, ANY city, find a Ugly woman, Annoying man

For an Example, i want to kill Sven, that damn dude who doesnt give me any training like Faendal
I KILLED HIM!! SLICE HIS HEAD IN FRONT OF RIVERWOOD RESIDENT

After i kill him, the people is "OH MY GOD", "HELP!!" "MURDER"

i run away, and there is a soldier following me, i stopped, pay him 1000 gold
back to the riverwood
and they just "Hey, how are you"

Yes... funny huh? It is nice to talking with EX-MURDER on your face

4. Horse
At the loading screen, it said "Horse are strong.. bla bla bla"
But... i said "THEY ARE STUPID AND WEAK"

i dont know if i was the stupid one, it just annoying!

i paid 1000 gold (it is a lot of money for level 2)
Buy a horse

maybe for the level 1--10 the enemy just easy enough
wait until level 15

Here is the deal

A. Buy A horse, go somewhere, i guarantee if you ACCIDENTALY meet a: Bear, Sabre Cat, Dragon, Pack Of Wolf (4/5), Troll, Group of Bandits. Your horse 99% Dead

Because the horse always attacking whenever WE see an enemy.

Even a DRAGON! The horse only affraid to enemies if they has a low HP. But in that low HP potition, Horse is to low to run, in the end, they died

B. Buy a horse, affraid to lose it, Walk with it slowly, and slower than your run. Drop off the horse, kill it because it useless

C. Steal A horse, get a bounty.

D. Get a shadowmere, who can fight with me with ACCIENT DRAGON

Come on.. at least make the horse affraid.
Make the horse more stronger

In the end, skyrim is the best game i ever ever played

The DB quest explains why the Emperor would be in Stormcloak-controlled Solitude.

Miss Vici was marrying a Stormcloak-allied nobleman as part of some clandestine peacetalks.

Presumably, the Emperor was hoping to salvage them.

Ironic.

Considering that real horses are terrified of kleenexes and quail, I think they would leave at the sight of a dragon!

Shadowmere is not a mere horse, it's one of the Dark Brotherhood. Lord Sithis!

Shadowmere was immortal in Oblivion. I was disappointed she (well, she in Oblivion, he in Skyrim) isn't anymore. But she has a massive health pool, and she's only died in my game when a bandit knocked her off a tower into a gorge.

Apparently it comes back to life, where it died. It must be a conjuration (Dead Thrall).

It does yeah, but after 2 weeks in-game or something. Which is better than being perma-dead.

It comes back at that dark pool outside the DB hideout.

It seems like every once in awhile someone would slip on the ramps outside the College.

I hope not, i'm tired of mourning NPC's that die of stupid accidents.

You would think someone would at least put a plank of wood up where the side is missing on the ramp outside the College. Or are mages immune to physical labor?

i just did encounter something strange. some hired thugs were following me all the time but did not attack me.
ok fine so i left them alive and allowed them to do some adventures with me.
now i fast travelled to the throat of the world to read the elder scroll.
while the nord heroes were fighting against alduin, suddenly the 3 thugs came and started to attack alduin, aswell as the heroes.
one thug survived and is still following me all the time.
i mean, how unlogical can this be.
