Am I able to summon the Unbound Dremora Lord outside of the College?

Or does he always stand on the roof of the College now?

Is it a one quest spell even though it is in my Magika Inventory?

A "pemanent" Dremora Lord would have been nice at the Master level.

mine just hangs out at the college eating bread and sitting in people's seats. true story.

you can thrall dremora- just not summoned ones.

Mine helps out whenever a dragon attacks the college. It's nice to have the extra backup.
