Is the Civil War pointless? : V - Skyrim

Seems like what beth will probably do is have the current empire collapse after Mede II's death and the dragonborn, with the support of Tullius reforms the empire.

Or. The empire collapses, Dragonborn with the support of Ulfric reforms a new empire.

Based on past games, who "wins" won't matter or be talked about. The only question will be whether the Empire continues to exist or not.

Every single civil war is pointless.

I'm betting that at least half of the particpants in civil wars would disagree. :lol:

It's only pointless if it doesn't work. Some civil wars overthrow the government and become the government. Others win their independence. I guess India was lucky to win its independence from the British without suffering a Thalmor attack ;-)

It was pretty pointless, I just want to kill the Thalmor.
