Love this game...but am confused and stuck...I am at the war series and 'findiing evidence' have to talk to Raerof and black mail but all I get is to buy a house...I have the Amulet of Talos' (got earlier tho') do I have to load a previous game....

Do you have specifically *his* amulet of talos, or just one you got from somewhere else? You have to sneak into his room and specifically retrieve *his* amulet to blackmail him with it.

Ah I can't remeber when or where I got it...I have tried sneaking in but couldn't find the Amulet in 'Dresser by bed'...or anywhere...
is there a specific time to sneak in...

Make sure the quest is active. There should be an arrow pointing you to the right dresser.

You need to get his amulet, not just a random talos amulet. If nothing is in the indicated dresser, try coming back later.
