This is all subjective information, but it really is dependent upon your playstyle. The most famous necromancer of all time was Mannimarco and he was a High Elf (Altmer). The Bretons start with the highest Conjuration level, but that is easily made up for when you consider how quickly you can level Conjuration using Soul Trap on a dead body over and over again. You could also use the Dark Brotherhood. Kill your target then Thrall them...quite evil. In addition to the obvious choice of Conjuration, it would be good to utilize Illusion. Something about bending people's minds to your will while violating all sorts of social norms with their dead body seems perfect for a necromancer. Regarding a bride? Choose who you want, kill them, and place their cold lifeless body on the bed in your home. It's a perfect place for the bride of a necromancer (this is a cop-out answer because I don't know). The house of choice for a necromancer must be Hjerim. I won't give any details on that due to spoilers.
Remember that playing as a necromancer really is about "role playing" a style. It's far from the most efficient or powerful character you can build, so if you're all about exploits and power gaming, necromancy probably isn't for you. If you're all about crossing lines that those fools in Morthal won't cross, then necromancy is definitely for you. Enjoy!
