Returning after 5 months, and actually more disappointed

So I haven't so much as looked at the case of my copy of Skyrim since mid January. As most of you remember, it was a very upsetting time for us. I put it down to play other games and hopefully forget about the crap the PS3 version is. Well I put it back in to see if it was any better, and at first I was happy. Got a few good hours in on a second character I started just before putting it down the first time. I saw some things fixed that really bothered me before, like the random freezes and, my personal favorite: the mannequins actually work now! Right after realizing that, I started to notice some frame rate issues, particularly in RIften. Never really bothered me before so I shrugged it off. As some time went on, I would get the old loading bug(perpetual loading of a zone because the game crashed or something), almost all of my armor textures look like they're about the same quality as the gear from Monster Hunter 1 and a huge number of quest bugs and aesthetic issues, a few of which are in the Thieves Guild. I got the Falmer Eyes, but never got a prompt to turn the left one in to Delvin. He won't accept it. Fine, I can live with that. When I walked into the Cictern, I heard a sort of explosion, but not from a spell. It sounded like everything dropped all at once. When I looked around, I found ALL of my larceny items strewn across the area and none of them can be put back or given to Delvin. This is extremely irritating, but not game breaking.

Moving right along, I haven't had to deal with this water freeze people have been experiencing, but that's probably because I came in late. So anyway, I've had a ton of problems that really bother me, and keep on getting the load freeze. It's gotten to be every 10 or 15 zone loads that it just doesn't quite finish and strokes out. Look, Bethesda, if you're not going to even fix the problems at hand, how can you expect me to pay for a lump of new content that'll probably just make my PlayStation cry for mercy with freezes, crashes and bugs? It's not going to happen. I've just sold my copy to a neighbor of mine who has wanted it, but can't afford it. Sold it for $20. That's about what it's worth to me right now. I almost hate to say it, but you did a better job with Brink.
