I know there crap lots of bugs in game, but this one really make me just want to arrrrrr...

1. In Blindsided quest I couldn't get Karliah and Brynjolf to get out of the water. So I used console to get them out which broke quest. They both stuck in cave and wont move, saying "Let's get out of here". I reloaded and is still same story, or Brynjolf just disappears or falls under the floor.

2. Left Eye of the Falmer didn't trigger for me for Larceny Quest. Cant even trigger it with console, and I don't have quest as complete in quest log.

Help.

1. sounds like messing with the console has stuffed the quest.

2. there is a bug where delvin wont accept the last larceny item you give him. its no big deal, just sell it, or keep it.

have you tried setstage tg08b 200

make a separate save first, just in case.

For the Blindsided, cant do a thing, they both just standing there. And yes, I tried setstage too. Quest progressed but they wont move. I even fast travel to Riften for "Under New Management" quest. Brynjolf wasn't there, so I went back to cave and they both still there.

Now every time I reload (I saved before I entered Irkngthand), when I enter Brynjolf falls under the floor and Karliah start walking away from dungeon.

Well thanks anyway, I think I'm f... on this one.
