Can somebody please give me a link or briefly tell me how to enchant and improve my armor (and weapons) in such a way that it is the best possible?

I know alchemy and enchanting is involved with feedback loops but I just have yet to find a guide that isnt confusing

I think it goes something like this:

• Enchant gear with Fortify Alchemy. (Head, Hand, Ring, Neclace)
  
• Equip Fortify Alchemy gear.
  
• Create Fortify Enchanting potions.
  
• Drink Fortify Enchanting potions.
  
• Repeat steps 1-4 untill the gear and potions stop getting better.
  
• Drink Fortify Enchanting potions one last time, Enchant new set of gear with Fortify Smithing. (Chest, Hand, Ring, Neclace)
  
• Create Fortify Smithing potions.
  
• Equip Fortify Smithing gear and drink Fortify Smithing potions before upgrading weapons and armor.

It may be possible, and likely better, to start with drinking a store-bought Fortify Enchanting potion first, seems like they are stronger. Also, I think Fortify Enchanting effects are messed up right now, and either provide a tiny bonus or a negative bonus.
