I worry a bit because after I cured Kodlak and killed his wolf spirit I found 4 witches heads in my inventory. So I kept them in it and later cured the two others by activating the flames and then killing their wolf spirit. I made a few more quests to retrieve the three totems and decided it was time to cure myself. I activated the flames and killed my wolf spirit. Later at home I was going to put the last head in a cupboard when I realized that I had 3 heads left.. I am sure to have killed the wolf spirit each time but why for Farkas and the other the head didn't disappeared from my inventory? Does someone had the same problem? I killed all the witches and left the place with five heads... Why do I still have three...?

Same thing happened to me - I think I still had four heads though. It is probably just a glitch, but it doesn't do any harm (I think), so probably no need to worry about it

No, it's normal. When you activate the flames it says "do you want to get cured bla bla..." You say yes and your wolf spirit get out of your body and you have to kill it. After that check if your Power Beast Form is still there... You will see that it's gone, So you have been cured.
