I can't complete the missions joining the storm cloaks or season unending??? Joining the storm cloaks I have killed the ice wraith but when I go back to galmar an he won't acknowledge that I've completed the quest an keeps sayin he can't believe I got the others to agree??? An ulfric storm cloak just keeps sayin talk to galmar to run an errand?? I'm level 40 now coz been running around doing side missions so I don't really want to start again! I have no save points befor I started these quests! Can any one help me please??????

It sounds like it's broken and you're going to have to start again. Or join the legion.
But maybe there's a fix someone knows.

CW doesn't work if you've done the Season Unending till the entire MQ storyline is over. So unless you want to finish the MQ, you have to reload a save before you have finished Season Unending.

I have no save points befor these quests so I have just started the whole game again! Can't believe they would do this on the game it proper svcks ass!

I have the SAME pooblem on the same spot. Everything your doing,I have done and i am stuck and I am level 48.Going to trade game in to many bad spots

This sounds bad. And that part of the game sounds broken. With no way to finish it. I hope mine does'nt do it.

You really don't have to join Legion or Stormcloaks. I did not. Like the companions I'm neutral. My destinity is to help Skyrim by getting rid of the dragon Alduin, helpin people in a lot of misc. quests. I helped for a Truce that's enough for me. I'm not a Nord so I cannot have a fair judgement about this civil war. If it were against Thamor, yes I would have done something.

So don't worry. There are sooo many other quests.

ok. you can have the starter quest for both the stormcloaks and the imperials

you can do the first rank of each of them and then you have to make a decision

very open minded of Beth to give you even that far, as if you showed up on my door and told me you were on my side after being with an extremist terrorist I'd have a hard time trusting you

IF you happen to be at the first quest place with stormcloaks or empire and then also get to the place of holding a summit at high hrothgar you are in a place where you were "proving" yourself to the military leaders and are going to have to complete at least one side or the other

I know I've personally answered this more than once. it happened to me.

the game isn't broken, as has been suggested... it's IMPOSSIBLE for anyone to believe that you can hold an unbiased summit when you're also a sworn soldier for one side or the other...

up to the battle for whiterun which makes the summit, well... unnecessary... you can finish whatever part you're on for the Imperials and then DO NOT TAKE THE NEXT QUEST before you talk to Tullius. For the Stormcloaks it's a little harder because they're a little closer together. Go do the Icewraith and then DONT TAKE THE NEXT QUEST and talk to Ulfric... there's no way to stall the Jagged Crown and after that is Whiterun, so it's very compressed.
