I was wondering if the type of dress Hroki has on can be bought, and what it looked like in shop. I have been poking around looking for it for my Mage, and cannot find it anywhere.

Theres a quest in Morthal that can result in you acquiring that dress.

Sure it is. The garment in question is called Tavern Clothes... or maybe Tavern Apparel .

Any it is lootable from several NPCs including the sixy Hroki. It can be found in one clothing merchant's inventory. Otherwise kill and or steal.

Yeah, it's just regular Tavern Clothes. I bought them somewhere, don't remember where.

The pickpocket equipped items perk is pretty darn nice. I wear enchanted tavern clothing on my high elf.
