Kahjiit have a bonus in weaponless combat because of their claws, so they have the direct advantage over Argonians. For Sneaking and Pickpocketing, it doesn't really matter which you choose.

Khajit for the unarmed bonus, they are good at theivery and stealth too.

By the way, bumping your own topics (especially just a couple of minutes after posting them) isn't going to earn you many friends around here.

khajiit, if you get the perk for unarmed damage w/ gauntlets, and get the gauntlets that do 10 dmg, you could be doing 75+ dmg

I'd go with Argonian. An unarmed bonus is good, but who needs an unarmed bonus when you've got a dagger and its a stealth attack? Given that Argonians can breathe under water it adds to that stealthy part. And no need to enchant items or anything to do it.
